Report conduct that is illegal, unethical, or inconsistent with our values — anonymously or with your name. Every report is treated with respect, confidentiality, and care.
This page stores no cookies and collects no information about you or this device. If you report anonymously, the system has nothing that could identify you — by design.
Reports submitted here go directly to our designated Whistleblowing Officer (COO & Country Manager) and are assessed objectively, whoever is involved. A report that creates a conflict of interest is passed to an independent reviewer. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is not tolerated.
Report anonymously and your identity is never known unless you choose to disclose it. Share your name, and it is used only to investigate and stays strictly confidential.
Serious misconduct — ongoing or in the past. For example:
You receive a case ID and access code. Use them to follow up, message the officer, and see the status — even if you reported anonymously. Include what happened, who was involved, when and where, and any evidence: the more you can share, the more we can do.
Speaking up takes courage. Thank you.
Please answer as many questions as possible and provide detailed information. If you don't have the information, leave the answer field blank.
Confidential reporting means that your name and contact details will be known, but only to the people handling your report. Choose Anonymous reporting if you prefer not to reveal your identity throughout the process.
Attach documentation, such as photographs, films, audio files, emails, screenshots, other documents, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Make sure attachments do not contain any user data that could reveal your identity. Photos and PDFs are also scrubbed of hidden metadata (location, device, author) before storage. File size limit is 25MB per file.
Save these now — they are shown only once, and without them nobody (including us) can show you this case again:
Please check back within 48 hours. The case officer may have questions that need your answer before the investigation can move forward. Use “Follow up on your case” with the Case ID and access code above — and check in from time to time to see the status of the investigation.
You can still add documents to this case.
Enter the Case ID and access code you saved when you submitted your report.
